| Connected Cheshire is Cheshire County Council's broadband county-wide Network and Britain's largest and most successful publicly financed private network. The network covers all towns and villages throughout the county of Cheshire and connects schools, libraries and council offices at a minimum of 150MB. Connected Cheshire also involves partnerships with other organisations such as the Borough and City Councils, the Fire Service and the Police. eXstream networks partners with Connected Cheshire and is initially trailing the introduction of "affordable & mobile" IP-CCTV Cameras, using the CC Network to carry broadcast quality pictures between Cheshire Towns. |

Cat3 Ltd is eXstream Networks' sales and marketing partner for the North West of England, responsible for all direct and channel sales activity for the region. In addition, Cat3 has a large network of marketeers throughout the UK who are are specialists in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing at a local level. The management team are equity partners in eXstream Networks and use their extensive network to introduce new investment partners into the business. Cat3 Directors are actively involved in the Board level management of the regional eXstream Networks business and as the company's Regional Managing Director. |

| The Borough of Congleton Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise serves the local business community in five Cheshire towns - Congleton, Sandbach, Holmes Chapel, Alsager and Middlewich and their surrounding areas. The Chamber exists to provide a quality business support service to help local businesses grow and succeed. It is a member of the BCC accredited South and East Cheshire Chamber Group, which provides a wide range of support across the region. The Chamber has been appointed as eXstream's local Sales & Marketing Partner in the North West. |
