Brad is an exceptional entrepreneur with twenty five years commercial experience creating and managing businesses, the most recent being a strategic consultancy firm which he sold to a quoted company on the LSE and NASDAQ. During his career he has effectively filled a range of senior roles including Sales Director, Marketing Director and Managing Director in successful, private, technology companies. In addition, Brad has worked as a consultant to the World Bank for two years in Sub Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe on the Information for Development Programme. After graduating in Politics and Economics, Brad spent three years as a Project Leader and Peripatetic Leader with Save the Children working in refugee camps. |

Laurence Greetham

Laurence has created five innovative communications companies of which he sold three and floated twice. Most recently, his company Synigence Plc designed and patented communications software for the healthcare industry, overseeing its installation among 17,000 of the UK's 30,000 General Practitioners. Prior to that, Laurence developed what was then the most successful, controlled circulation, monthly Video Magazine in the UK, which he developed into the world's first commercial narrowcast television service in collaboration with the BBC and Pearsons. From this venture he gained a wealth of experience in corporate and technical product development, and went on to develop similar services which were purchased by Cable & Wireless in 1995. |

Allan Redfern

Allan has held Directorships in a number of Software and Telecommunications companies during his career culminating in his most recent Plc appointment as Business Development Director for the UK's largest virtual Internet and telecom service provider. It was in this role that he was instrumental in helping to grow turnover from £1m to £75m in four years through incremental growth and acquisition. Prior to that, Allan was Customer Services Director for Software AG, responsible for application design, development & support, consultancy, training and customer services with over 350 employees across multiple European locations. Allan began his career at Fujitsu where he quickly progressed to become responsible for all internal IT Services including the development and marketing of Business Applications worldwide. |

Colin Jupe

Colin is a high achieving sales and marketing professional with over twenty years' experience across a broad range of industries. He has held a number of senior management and Non-executive Directorship positions within both private and quoted companies, two of which he successfully groomed and managed for trade sale. For the past seven years, Colin has used his extensive skills as a consultant, initially on a freelance basis with WPP Group Plc and latterly as Managing Director of both The Venture Practice and VXPartners Ltd. Colin's primary focus of expertise is in business development with particular attention to routes-to-market, services marketing and channel strategies and has appeared as a guest lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. |

Tim Evans

In 1999, Tim co-founded Quasar Associates Limited, a niche advisory firm that specialises in providing commercial and financial support to start-up business ventures. Prior to Quasar, Tim held a number of Directorships and spent twelve years at Babcock & Brown a leading specialist tax and asset based advisory firm. After he successfully helped to develop the company's UK franchise, he ran Babcock & Brown's UK leasing activities and was responsible for deals totalling over £5billion. Tim has gained a lifetime's experience dealing with the corporate management of large contracts since he graduated from Manchester University. |

Mike Threlfall

Mike is widely recognised as an industry heavy-weight within enterprise CRM project management. He has in excess of 18 years senior management and project management experience amongst the world's most successful database and CRM vendors both in Europe and the USA. His in-depth analytical and strategic ability to facilitate operational and procedural planning led to his most recent position of Group Director of Expert Services, EMEA for Siebel Systems Inc. Prior to his fast-track progression at Siebel, Mike spent 8 years at Oracle where he developed his extensive project management skills, co-ordinating resources effectively to achieve targets. He graduated from Warwick University with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. |

Nikki Perkins

Prior to joining eXstream, Nikki was Marketing and Communications Director for Affinity Internet Holdings plc where she was responsible for the development and management of both the Group's B-to-B marketing strategy and the company's consumer brands. She also successfully ran their investor relations and public relations programme taking the company onto AIM and subsequently to a full listing on the LSE whilst simultaneously raising £21m for future development. Nikki's extensive skills were gained from a variety of marketing roles at IBM and Digital since graduating from University with a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. |

James Craig

After graduating from Oxford University with a BA in Law, James joined global law firm Clifford Chance's banking and finance department as a qualified solicitor. He fulfilled a number of roles during his career, most latterly specialising in cross-border asset management. In 1988 he joined Babcock & Brown, a leading specialist tax and asset based advisory firm where he specialised in domestic and cross border leasing of large value equipment including telephone switching equipment. More recently James joined Quasar Associates Limited, a niche advisory firm that focuses on providing commercial and financial support to start-up business ventures. |

Doug Stuckey

Doug has 37 years experience in the Information Services Industry and is a highly skilled IT manager with leading knowledge of technical trends, management methods and business processes in both the public and private sectors. Doug is currently Head of System Software Integration at ERA Technology where he has concentrated on network architectures and network management of medium/large infrastructures for the real-time transmission of mixed voice, video and data traffic. These include remote CCTV, Video annotation for later search and retrieval plus voice driven self-service over corporate and multi-vendor/carrier networks. Prior to ERA, Doug was the Public Sector Director at Unisys where he actively participated in UK Government initiatives and EU programmes to ensure 'best value' in the Public Sectors use of IT and related skilled services. |
